An emergency usually involves extreme pain and/or breakage of your orthodontic appliances. For example, a loose expander would be an emergency and should be resolved asap. A simple loose bracket would be better handled with a full staff when the office is opened. If you are unsure, simply call 801.319.1118 and we will be there.
