WE RESPECT YOUR TIME – A medical office that runs on time?? What a novelty. Our patients wait an average of about 5-10 minutes before being seen. Pretty flipping awesome!
FINANCING OPTIONS – We offer low down payment, interest-free financing with extended payment arrangements to our patients. We want orthodontic treatment to be affordable!
SOFT TISSUE RECONTOURING LASER – We were the first and still one of the only offices around that has in-office soft tissue lasers for recontouring gingival tissue when needed. We can also do in-office frenectomies (tongue-tied) on our patients. This saves you thousands as we don’t have to refer you to other offices for these procedures.
GAMEBOYS and TVs IN THE WAITING AREA – Your whole family is welcome here, especially the little ones. We have gameboys and TVs for them to play and watch. We want you to be comfortable here.
PERMANENT RETAINERS – Dr. Lee places permanent retainers himself resulting in an extremely high retention rate long after braces are off. Many offices either don’t place them at all or have a staff member do it. There is no way to ensure quality this way.
CLEAN WATER - The water we use chairside is actually clean, distilled, sterilized. Most use water which studies have shown are more prone to build up bacteria in water lines.

DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY – Our diagnostic X-ray equipment emits ultra-low dose radiation. Believe it or not, but even today, many of our competitors still use standard film based X-rays which emit significantly more radiation per exposure.
DIGITAL MEDICAL RECORDS – Our database is all digital. Meaning we can access your information from both office locations and on the go. No more charts, no more lost information. And your information is securely stored.
TWO LOCATIONS - We are close to your home. From Springville to Santaquin, we are just a few minutes from both your home AND your schools.
ENAMEL POLISHING – After the braces are removed, Dr. Lee personally removes all the adhesive from tooth enamel and uses brand new finishing burs and polishing devices for each patient. Other offices often neglect this polishing step or use older used burs to remove glue. Dull burs overheat the teeth and leave “scars” on the enamel.
FULL TIME – We are here full time for you. Some orthodontic offices have traveling doctors who are here only part of the time. This means less availability for scheduling, more time taken away from school and poor availability in the event of any emergencies.
PRECISION BRACKET PLACEMENT – Dr. Lee places ALL the braces on the patients. No question about accuracy and precision. That kind of detail results in better smiles.

WE CARE ABOUT ORAL HYGIENE – Hygienists from the local dental offices comment that our patients have the cleanest teeth around. At each appointment we evaluate our patients brushing and assist and enforce that teeth are not only straight but also clean. We don’t want cavities to form during treatment.
NO BANDS ON MOLARS – Every one hates having bands pounded on to your teeth. We place brackets on all your teeth. It is fast and efficient and comfortable. You won’t spend three hours getting your braces on here with your lips stretched out forever. Uggh! Many offices still band molars these days which we consider an inconvenience for our patients.
